Please note, for students who have submitted all documents required for graduation and have completed and passed all their modules required for the qualification by the end of exam sitting 1 in December 2024:

• Your academic transcript, qualification completion letter and transcript supplement will be available on your student portal under "My Documents" by 10 February 2025.
• Students who complete their qualification in Sitting 2 or in Sitting 3, can expect their completion letter and academic transcript by 10 March 2025 and the end of March 2025 respectively.

Please ensure that all your documentation is uploaded onto your portal to prevent any delays in being graduated. All students will be graduated in due course, please refrain from reaching out to the Student Hub until after the above dates have passed.

For requests from recruitment agencies or campus staff to verifiy qualifications or short learning programmes. For students who have studied at any of The IIE brands and have enrolled for a full qualification or short learning programme and may/ or may not have completed these programmes. Students may request confirmation, in the form of a letter of what they have completed and may ask also ask for confirmation of the SAQA ID of the qualifications. In addition they may also request a copy of the relevant syllabus and or academic transcript

• Requests from agencies other than MIE or QVS are directed to QVS or MIE as The IIE have contracted them to do qualification and programme verifications on behalf of The IIE.
